The Board held its October meeting and many issues involving the membership were discussed. Rather than go over a laundry list of issues, any member wanting to discuss specifics can contact me directly.

Marvin Masters updated the Board of Directors in regards to the pending Plan B retirement law suit. Marvin advised that the petition for review has been sent to the WV Supreme Court and he anticipated a ruling in the near future. Marvin advised that at this juncture, he was not sure how the court would likely rule on the issue.

I would like to take this opportunity to officially say good bye and good luck to TFC T. Weese, who has left Troop 7 and is now reassigned to the Academy.

I would also like to offer my heart felt condolences to Sgt. Scott at the Oak Hill Detachment on the recent loss of his father.
