The Plan B Improvement Bill (Senate Bill 285)
passed out of Pensions. It now goes to Senate Finance. Last
year, the Bill was not put on the agenda and died in Senate Finance.
The Chairman of Senate Finance is Walt Helmick. The Chairman
decides what goes on the agenda. The Bill has fees on pistol
permits to pay for the 55 to 50. The Bill has been studied for
three (3) years now.
We need the guys under Plan B, their wives, friends or anyone in the
Eastern Panhandle to Lewisburg to call Helmick and request that the Bill
be put on the agenda.
